The BBB program is a female leadership and empowerment initiative. Bold, Brave and Beautiful is held within Bossley Park High School premises for selected female students in Year 9. This program promotes a safe space where girls can be themselves, be heard, develop resilience and demonstrate their strengths. It gives girls the opportunity to discover commonalities and celebrate differences, while learning to express themselves in a positive manner. There are 3 stages to this program: Term 2: Participate - Various topics will be covered in weekly discussions Term 3: Volunteer - Students will volunteer at a local aged care centre. Term 4: Lead - Students will develop lessons to teach Year 7 girls or have the opportunity to design and develop a community project to put the skills learnt into practice.
