School gym

The school gym is open for student use after school from 3pm to 4:00pm Mondays to Thursdays. This is operated and supervised by the personal development, health and physical education (PDHPE) staff to encourage the students to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. To take advantage of this students are to see Mr Banks to apply for a gym pass. This involves completing a permission note and paying a fee of $10 per term. Teachers do volunteer their own time for this duty. Occasionally due to teacher absence or other circumstances, the gym may not operate on a scheduled afternoon. Students are encouraged to inquire during the day to the teacher on gym duty, or at the PDHPE staffroom if the gym will be opened as scheduled.

Bush Tucker Garden

Our Indigenous students, with the help of the Indigenous staff team, have created a Bush Tucker Garden. This garden will grow food and plants that were chosen specifically for their use in Aboriginal culture. Our visual arts GAT students assisted in painting a mural for this garden.
