Our principal and staff

Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.

Welcome from our principal

Bossley High Park High School offers a wide range of teaching and learning programs. Our comprehensive curriculum provides many opportunities for all students to engage and thrive in a diverse learning experience. We aim to have students build positive connections within the school community, so all students feel known, valued, and cared for.

A key focus is to unearth student talent and develop their potential within all HPGE domains of creative, physical, intellectual and social emotional. Extensive extra-curricular activities allow students to excel in sporting, creative, cultural and leadership pursuits.

Bossley Park High School is well known in the community for our high expectations, strong wellbeing initiatives and comprehensive discipline policy which support all students to realise their potential.

We are committed to ensuring students are Respectful, Engaged and Accountable whilst maintaining correct uniform standards and punctual attendance. These values are continually promoted and rewarded through our ‘Positive Behaviours for Learning’ model allowing all students to earn PBL points for trying their best to achieve Excellence and Success.

The school provides many alternate educational opportunities that are offered by TAFE, school-based apprenticeships and traineeships, and community agencies to provide a variety of educational pathways that cater for individual needs and aspirations. An important feature of our school is the support that is offered to each child, with special programs addressing the learning requirements of students with specific needs.

We have a strong commitment to maintaining an attractive school environment and providing excellent facilities. We promote and have maintained strong community support with parents playing an active and supportive role in the school.

To ensure high-quality teaching and learning and improved student outcomes at Bossley Park High School, we are committed to the ongoing professional development of all staff. We value and foster staff morale and cohesion by acknowledging and valuing the work of all staff, their commitment and achievements.

Through high-quality teaching and learning programs, a comprehensive discipline policy, and wellbeing initiatives that promote student leadership, resilience, and responsibility for learning, we aim to develop students who can confidently meet the challenges of the future and transition from Bossley as responsible citizens proud of their school.

I invite you to explore our website to discover what makes our school special. We look forward to welcoming you into our community.
